When I first arrived at IRIC, I immediately got immersed in a stimulating environment that favours scientific innovation, exchanges and collaborations. The proximity of the various laboratories allows me to interact with people coming from varied academic backgrounds, which gives me a new vision of my work. This knowledge-sharing milieu is also reflected in daily discussions I have with my lab colleagues. I really feel as a fully-fledged member of my host laboratory.
